Here are some of the projects I worked on
Last semester, I served as a Marketing Research Consultant for the Epilepsy Support Network of Orange County (ESNOC), a support group aiding families impacted by epilepsy. Over three months, I focused on enhancing their marketing strategies, analyzing 21 secondary resources, conducting 13 professional and customer interviews, and formulating over 10 recommendations for ESNOC's marketing initiatives. Throughout the project, I collaborated closely with Janna, the Executive Director of ESNOC to achieve the most effective results.

The process involved open communication with the owner, William Shi, to identify initial challenges. We then conducted in-depth secondary research, analyzing 7 articles and 7 relevant websites. To understand customer perspectives, we conducted 15 interviews and designed a 37-question survey, receiving 170 responses. Using the SurveyPro platform, we analyzed data and created 70 visualizations to present to the owner.
Explored the fashion retail landscape to identify areas for innovation and create a new business opportunity. Refined research techniques by consulting industry resources and engaging with clients to understand market demands. Developed critical thinking abilities by addressing challenges in establishing a new company within a competitive industry. Given the opportunity, I would have expanded my outreach to include a wider range of stores to gain comprehensive insights into consumer preferences and behaviors.
Collaborated with two collogues to conduct a comprehensive marketing analysis for Biola University's career center. Our approach involved conducting 10 in-depth interviews with students and administering a survey to gather insights from 120 respondents. Utilizing this data, we meticulously analyzed the findings to formulate actionable recommendations aimed at enhancing the career center's effectiveness and overall success.
Crafted a strategic management plan in coordination with 5 colleagues for the organization DoorDash. Our approach involved pooling our expertise to conduct a comprehensive analysis of market share and identify current industry challenges. Drawing insights from this analysis, we crafted recommendations aimed at enhancing DoorDash's operations. These recommendations included implementing a comprehensive training program for all dashers to improve overall customer service and introducing a new subscription plan to elevate the customer experience.
Tableau Project- Obesity Rates
Conducted comprehensive research into the underlying causes of obesity in the United States, including factors such as dietary habits, physical activity levels, socioeconomic status, and environmental influences. Identified credible data sets from reputable sources such as government agencies and research institutions, and applied various statistical methods to analyze and interpret the data. Developed a series of informative graphs and visualizations to illustrate the multifaceted nature of the obesity.
Played an integral role in conducting a thorough SWOT analysis project for Amazon, collaborating closely with 4 colleagues to meticulously examine the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Leveraging a combination of research methodologies and analytical tools, we delved deep into Amazon's operations, market positioning, and competitive landscape. Our collaborative effort resulted in the identification of critical insights and strategic recommendations to inform Amazon's future business strategies and decision-making processes.
During my tenure as the business ambassador, I conducted a comprehensive survey involving 120 respondents to assess prevalent challenges within the student community. Analysis of the data highlighted internship acquisition as the primary concern among business school students. In response, I developed an informative handout, strategically disseminated through the Crowell School of Business website. Furthermore, I organized and facilitated a workshop aimed at equipping students with practical strategies for navigating the internship landscape successfully. This multifaceted approach was designed to address student needs effectively while providing professional guidance on enhancing internship opportunities.
